Sea Ya Later, Private Gulf front home, Dog friendly- in Cape San Blas

Sea Ya Later! This Pet Friendly gulf front home is one of the most  adorable homes on the beach. It is a product of pure love by the owners who take special care to maintain it. It is tastefully decorated with personal touches and more than adequate furnishings with a mixture of new furnishings and  Florida decor.

The kitchen is fully furnished and has a large island with eating area and bar stools. The Living room is roomy with a leather couch and several comfortable chairs, cableTV, hi-speed internet, secure wi-fi, Xbox and DVD.

One bedroom with a queen bed has sliding glass doors that open up onto a deck. Step out for a fantastic view of the beach. If watch closely you will see dolphins playing in the surf.

The Master bedroom s located on the beach side with a great view.There is a sliding glass door right out to the deck and a view of the Gulf. It sports a queen bed, ceiling fan and large closet.

 The second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan and a large closet and a full bath.  Access to the loft is a spiral staircase where there are two twin beds.

There is a nice porch with outside with a counter for to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine at sunset. An open deck awards you with a most delightful vista of white sandy beaches, dolphins swimming by and magnificent sunsets.  

The home is furnished nicely with comfortable furnishings,good lighting and a desk for your computer. We have a full sized washer, dryer and an enclosed outdoor hot/cold outdoor shower. There is plenty of parking under the home with room for a boat also.

We furnish free long distance to USA and Canada. Dog friendly only. Please do not bring a cat. Owner is very allergic.

Enjoy the beach which is loaded with shells and is great for surf fishing. It is not unusual to see dolphins swimming by close to shore. The home faces the West so the sunsets are fantastic. There is surfing, kayaking,golfing, hiking, fishing, boating, biking and many other activities on the Cape.

For your vacation needs, a very acequate store called the Trading Post is right around the corner. It provides groceries, great take out pizza, a small cafe, fishing and boating supplies,  souveniers and much more.There is a nice grocery store in Port St. Joe called the Piggly Wiggly and several restaurants. Sea Ya Later is about 2 1/2miles from the St.Joe State Park where you can go exploring and snorkeling on the Bay or explore the dunes on the Gulf side. The park also has a nice boat ramp with access to St. Joe Bay. Apalachicola is about a 20 minute drive and sports many small shops and historical interest. Be sure to check out the great seafood there also.

 
We accept up tp medium sized dogs but cannot have cats in our home as the owner is extremely allergic to cats. Please respect non-smoking. For trip insurance please call owner for information.

You can just say SEA YA LATER! And forget about everything but having
a great time!

Horse back riding on the beach, Close to St. Joe State park, boat ramp, convenience stores and a brand new bike trail that runs along the Cape. There are nice restaurants on the Cape, in port St. Joe and Appalachicola. Miles of fresh white sugary sandy beach! There is a nice golf course nearby at the St. Joe Country Club.
