Kairos Cottage a Lake front property where time stops! in Michigan City

Kairos Cottage is located in Michigan City on the beautiful Sheridan Beach. This property is
on the Lake Side and has a private beach access path. This beach front property is affectionately
named "Kairos Cottage" because Kairos is a term about time and it seems during those
summer vacation months time does not go slow enough. But while staying in Kairos Cottage
time does slow down. The cottage is a wonderful place to relax, laugh, and make memories.

Kairos Cottage consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Comfortably sleeps 14. The
Cottage is 2 floors on the first floor there is a Sun room, fully stocked Kitchen, dining table
seats 10, small bedroom with bunk beds, medium sized bedroom with full sized bed, full
bath, living room with large screen tv, Master bedroom with King sized bed and attached
bathroom, large deck with gas grill, and 10 person hot tub. On the lower second floor
large bedroom with King sized bed and attached bath, play room for kids, additional
refridgerator, laundry room, large bedroom with 2 futon bunk beds (sleeps 3) and one day
bed with trundle (sleeps 2).
Other amenities include brand new weber grill, electric stove, wine cooler, outside shower,
microwave, and common kitchen appliances. In basement there is a hang out room with
fooseball table with kids play room.

Activities on this beach front home is endless. Not only is the beach steps from your back
door, there is a jacuzzi tub for cooler summer nights, access to local pool across the
street, local golf courses, shopping at Prime Outlets, Zoo is less than a mile away, You can
run/walk/bike/rollerblade down to Washington Park and rent jet skies, Washington Park is
close enough to walk to, Blue Chip Casino, charter fishing, bike trails, hiking, and also
don't forget local fun restraunts such as Swingbellies, Mateys, Haciendas and more. Other
activities made available at no additional charge to our renters: Putting Green, Swimming
Pool with Toddler Pool, Tennis Court, Club Deli(Cafe/ Deli), Basketball Court, Fishing Pond,
Playground in Cason Park, Splash Pad, and Lake Kai. Do not forget the
great Lake Michigan Beach, Indiana Dunes and Sunsets.
Brand new restaurant in Beach Walk also available to renters.

By making a reservation, you are agreeing and accepting all legal items listed in agreement
and hereby certify that you are at least 25 years of age. Any one found to be younger than
this age is subject to termination of agreement without refund and/or eviction from
premises.
The cottage is available for rent during on and off seasons.
On-season: Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend 
Weekly rentals are 6 night 7 day stays, check-in and check-out is FRIDAY only. Check-In 4pm~Check-out 10 am.
On season rates: $3700 per week
On season Holiday rates (4th of July Week, Labor Day Week) $4700 per week.
Off-Season: January 1 - June 1 rented as need basis. Off-Season rates: $500
per night 2 night minimum
Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekend: $750 per night
