Enjoy the ultimate vacation in our luxury villa situated in the award winning, exclusive & secure University Park Country Club.  Bright & airy home all tastefully furnished.  Extremely well equipped - LCD TVs, wifi, mini office, juicers, bread maker, etc.  A perfect spot for relaxation yet lots to do - easily accessible to golf, beaches, dining, shopping, theatre, arts, sports, etc. Very restful tranquil location with superb outdoor space - private pool in beautiful lanai & lakeside position.  Outdoor grill, dining and lounge seating for total relaxation. We have lots of extras to maximise our guests enjoyment & to help minimise stress e.g. guests will have use of 2 cycles, gents & ladies golf clubs, printer for boarding passes, etc., beach chairs, towels, wheeled coolers, games, cards, etc., etc.    

You can make the most of the beautiful Florida climate by spending time outdoors.  Covered lanai with beautiful private pool (which can be heated) overlooking the adjacent lake.  Enjoy plenty of outdoor meals in the seating area with grill, dining table for 6 & easy chairs.  Within the Country Club you can cycle or enjoy walks to appreciate the gorgeous landscaped grounds and elegant properties.

Excellent golf, close to beaches, arts, upscale shopping, restaurants and a huge variety of other attractions. Convenient access from airports and I75. You will never be bored, yet you will be in an ultra relaxed setting.  The surrounding area is flourishing despite the economic downturn - new restaurants and shops continue to open.  

The property has a fresh, light and open floor plan with new furniture throughout the entire home. It has a peaceful lakeside setting - you have your own pool (with heater) to relax by as well as access to a larger heated community pool (and hot tub), just a quick 2 minute bike ride away.  You will have the use of 2 bicycles, so you can enjoy exploring the many wonderful tracks within the University Park Country Club.   Guests are welcome to use the gents and ladies golf clubs to avoid transporting their own.  To enhance your stay and save you time and money,  we have lots of added extras not normally available in a rental property - use of golf clubs, bicycles, beach chairs, cooler, bread maker, juicer, muffin tins, etc.  

You also have a covered outdoor area with grill, easy chairs and dining table to make the most of the Florida climate.  With sunset views this is perfect for evening relaxation.  For cooler winter evenings, the gas fireplace in the great room lends a very cosy feel.

The large Master Bedroom has beautiful views across the pool and lake, with direct access to the covered lanai. This bedroom has a large LCD TV and DVD/CD player.

University Park Country Club is one of the best rated golf courses in the area. Golf has just recently become available for daily fee play at very reasonable rates.  Lots of other golf is available close by at a variety of rates and challenges.

Summary- The property is situated in beautiful, relaxing, maintenance-free and secure University Park Country Club. The 2089 sq. foot home has a fresh, light and open floor plan. Outside, it has a lovely sunny private pool & lake view.  There is a large covered seating area, with 6 seater dining table & chairs, easy chairs & grill. The house has been tastefully furnished to a high standard throughout with many added extras that the majority of rental homes do not have. The large Master Bedroom features a King Bed, 37" LCD TV, direct access to private pool, views across lake and a huge walk-in closet.   Those who have visited University Park Country Club before will know it is a very special place. It is most beautifully landscaped and maintained, has a restful and refined atmosphere, has an award winning golf course as well as 24 hour security. Superbly located - very easy access from I75, beaches short drive away, lots of restaurants and shopping on University Parkway and easy access to downtown Sarasota.

Great Room
Foyer opens into a large, bright and airy Great Room that has a Gas Fire with remote control. Large patio doors affording views across the private pool and lake beyond.   37" LCD TV, with DVD/CD player. Gas fireplace. Cable is included in price. Beautiful co-ordinating furniture in chocolate brown leather - 3 seater, loveseat, armchair and footstool, cocktail table, etc. Selection of games.

Master Bedroom
This is a lovely large room that has been furnished to a very high standard. Ultra comfortable King bed. Island style furniture.  High quality pillow-top mattress. 37" LCD TV (with cable) and DVD/CD player. This room has direct access to the lanai and pool through a separate door. There is a very comfortable leather recliner, to allow relaxing views across the lanai, pool and lake beyond. Plenty of spare bed linen, additional blankets, etc. Easy set clock radio.

Master Suite
This large room has two separate vanity units, each with plenty of counter space and storage. There is a large shower and separate Roman bath. A mirrored wall opens into a very large walk in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. Bathroom scales with body fat analyser.

Lanai / Pool Area
Lovely kidney shaped pool, night lights and pool "fountain". Pool maintenance included in price. There is a 6 seater dining set; plus loveseat, two chairs and footstools. Gas BBQ grill. This is a really nice space for relaxing with views across the lake. Sunny pool, seating in shade available, sunset views.

Guests are also entitled to use the larger heated UPCC community pool, situated within easy walking distance. We have 2 bikes in the property (gent and lady) - the pool is just a 2 minute bike ride away.

Kitchen
Light and airy. Gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Fridge/freezer. Coffee maker, toaster, juicer, bread maker, crockpot, kettle, blender, etc. Lots of little extras, e.g. mixer and baking trays, muffin tins, etc. Plenty of storage. Breakfast bar.

Casual Dining - open plan to Kitchen
This is just off the kitchen with a 4 Seater Bar height table and chairs. This has a lvely view across the pool and the lake.

Bedroom 2
LCD TV. Comfortable Queen Bed with pillow top mattress. Co-ordinating night-stands, dresser and mirror in Island style furniture. Plenty of spare sheets, blankets, etc. Wardrobe storage.

Vanity, bath and shower. High quality Ralph Lauren bath towels.

Bedroom 3 / Den / Mini Office
There is a small desk and comfortable leather style office chair; 
printer/copier/scanner with plenty of office sundries.

This room has been furnished with 2 twin beds to give a versatile bedding arrangement. Some storage in storage dresser. There is an additional king size quilt, sheets, etc. in the same style if the beds are pushed together.

Laundry Room / Linen
Washer and dryer. Large sink. Ironing board, steam iron. Beach towels.

Garage
Two car garage with automatic opener. 4 Beach chairs, wheeled cooler. Two bikes with helmets.  Gents and Ladies Golf Clubs (right handed).

The house is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in the Great room and all bedrooms.

The property is located in the prestigious University Park Country Club. From the moment you enter, it is clear that you are somewhere special. As you drive along the beautifully landscaped Park Boulevard, you will catch glimpses of the award winning golf course, grill room and lakes. UPCC has won many awards over the years including "Best Community Design in America".

Residents refer to University Park as a little piece of paradise and it is easy to see why. Walking is a favourite pastime within this private gated community. There is so much to admire and plenty of wildlife. UPCC has a tranquil and sophisticated atmosphere, yet there are many nearby activities so that you can have the perfect vacation. The bikes provided will allow you to while away the hours exploring the beautiful flat landscapes in the Country Club. The house itself has a very light and airy feel. Large enough to be comfortable, yet easily
managed. This is a maintenance free community. The property has a lovely kidney shaped pool. There is a large outdoor area beside the pool which is furnished to allow for relaxation and dining. There are views across a lake from the lanai area.

University Park Country Club is the perfect location from which to base your vacation.   The area offers so much - Sarasota is the ultimate Florida location - stunning beaches, superb cuisine, huge variety of cultural activities, friendliness of its residents, excellent golf courses, etc.   Plenty of information is available in our property on Sarasota activities.  We also prepare event listings and offer advice to clients on best deals for golf, etc.

Beaches - Siesta (often ranked No. 1 in USA), Lido, Longboat, Casey Key, Fort de Soto (also Top 10 in USA ranking) - all easily accessible.

Restaurants - Sarasota is famous for the high standard of its cuisine, plenty of restaurants along University Parkway and Lakewood Ranch, plus easy access to downtown Sarasota.  Superb Sunday brunch in University Park Country Club.

Shopping - Sarasota Square Mall, Southgate, Ellenton Prime Outlets, Saturday morning Farmers' Market at Main Street, St. Armand's Circle, Lakewood Ranch.  Also easy access to Tampa International Plaza.  Varied food shopping including upscale Fresh Market (University Parkway) & Wholefoods (downtown Sarasota).

University Park Golf Club is considered by many to be one of the best golf courses in the state. Consistently rated four stars by Golf Digest. Designed by world renowned golf architect Ron Garl, it offers 27 thrilling holes winding their way through natural woodlands and wetlands, all surrounded by canopies of southern live oak and slash pines. The variety of tee positions means that it can be enjoyed by all categories of player. The course also earned the designation as most women friendly golf course by Golf for Women magazine.

The first $120 per month (or pro rata) of gas/electricity combined is included in the rental price. There is an exit Cleaning fee (amount varies depending on condition property left in - we recharge waht it cost with no mark up).
