This spacious home is centrally located, but on 2+ private acres. Only a few minutes walk from the finest shelling beaches, and surrounded by conservation, this beautiful property has everything you need for a fabulous vacation.
The house overlooks 2 ponds and the abutting conservation land, so the wildlife views are always entertaining.
Lush gardens and fields abound.
Shopping and restaurants are within walking or biking distance.
The huge master bedroom, with king sized bed, has a comfortable window lounge with a great view of the largest pond and conservation--the perfect place to sit and read or watch the creatures in and around the pond.
There is a master bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
A second bedroom has a queen sized bed, views of the field, and sliding doors to the sunroom.
The fun kids room has a bunk bed (twin on top and double on the bottom).
The fourth bedroom has a double bed.

There is another bathroom with tub and shower, as well as a very large, enclosed outdoor shower (with hot water and a wonderful view of the larger pond and conservation).

The livingroom has a 52 inch TV with DVD, VCR, stereo, and shelves filled with books, games and puzzles to entertain all ages.

There are 2 decks:
A smaller raised deck affords shade in summer, BBQ, and of course, the incredible wildlife views.
The front deck is huge and peaceful, with plenty of sun. This is the perfect spot to relax or entertain during winter months.

Of course, there is a washer and dryer.
Linens and towels are included.

Outside, there is also an additional foot shower for rinsing off sand after a lovely day at the beach.
