Picture yourself having breakfast at our bistro table looking down at Bonita  beach from this  penthouse balcony . You can see the manatees swim along the coast. This is a 1250 sq. foot condo  located on the 11th floor of the Ambassador. This building is the tallest building on Big Hickory Island and  is situated on 450 feet of Gulf of Mexico beach. This building offers a wide view of the Gulf and makes for a  dramatically different experience than that found in most condo's with much narrower balconies. Pictures are poor excuses for the experience you will feel standing here.   

This penthouse has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 32 X 8 foot wide balcony directly onto the Gulf of  Mexico. The balcony offers total privacy and there's no looking at the balcony next door to see  someone looking right back at you. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a sliding door onto the  balcony and the Gulf,  an ensuite bathroom with skylight and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom  has 2 single beds, a 32" new TV with DVD and it's own bathroom and shower.

There are sliding glass doors off the living room (looking west) and kitchen (looking east)so that one can see both sunrises and  sunsets from the same area. This condo is completely open to lovely natural light and allows soft  ocean breezes to filter through the penthouse from both the east and west sides. This also allows for the wonderful sound of the waves to gently lull your senses while enjoying your home away from home. Relaxation is inevitable.  

High speed WIRELESS INTERNET is included. Heated pool,hot tub, pool-side BBQ and Chiki Hut are  located adjacent on the south side of the building. You will have reserved and covered parking 4 parking  spots from the entrance. This is a secured building with 2 high-speed elevators.   

Available now - Sunrise and sunset views from the tallest building on Little Hickory Island. Walk a  mile down the beach to Doc's Restaurant for a meal on the beach. Lovely restaurant with great food  located 10 minute's walk behind the condo. Jetskis, houseboats and sailboats available nearby for  rental. Lover's Key National Park 2 miles north and Barefoot Beach is a walk down the beach south.   

Naples is 20 minutes drive south. Fort Myers airport is 30 minutes drive north. Miami airport is 2  hours away down Alligator Alley. This private getaway comes with a view that will take your breath  away and will leave you with unforgettable memories of a wonderful beach vacation !
