Premier location!!!!  This upscale home is new, ultra clean and designed to take advantage of the beach setting.   Our home has the finest views available in a rental home in this area.   Outdoor living spaces dominate the property.   First level has a glass enclosed patio, 2nd level has a glass enclosed deck, 3rd level has a 20x30 slate glass enclosed deck.   All overlook the ocean and have incredible views.  Size and quantity of outdoor space is very rare in this area.  Outdoor quartz infrared heaters allow decks to be enjoyed in comfort all year.  3rd floor deck has wall of glass that opens fully to combine indoor and outdoor living.         

  Very open living areas are ideal for large gatherings.  We have a large suite with lots of game tables for entertainment.  Foosball, air hockey, ping pong, basketball.  Electronics for every taste: Several TVs, DVD, surround sound, music system-indoor & outdoor.     

  2 fully equipped kitchens have Viking stainless appliances;trash compactor, dishwasher, gas cooking, microwave, everything you'd need to cook and entertain.  Vonn's grocery store is a short bike ride away--we have the bikes in the garage for your convenience!   Large basket on 3 wheel.               

Baths are modern and inviting.  Master bath has super-sized shower with dual showerheads and steam shower feature.  Deep soaking tub too.  We provide fluffy towels and fresh linens.  2 laundry rooms on premises.        

  Note that we have attached garages.  No hunting for parking spaces on the street, carrying luggage or armloads of groceries around the block.  Garage parking is not common for property near the beach and street parking can be hard to locate when this close to the ocean.   

We also provide beach equipment for your pleasure and convenience.  Beach bikes, beach chairs, towels and coolers on site.  Ocean kayaks are a special treat for our guests.  Beautiful bay has calm water, easy paddling, access just a few blocks away.
