kitchen. Queensize bed, and a sitting area with a futon sofa. On the top floor, with Diamond Head and Palolo Valley views through floor-to-ceiling sound-proofing windows, this condo is quiet for sleeping.

As your home away from home, the condo is furnished with beach
chairs, towels, umbrella, snorkle equipment, and boogie board. The kitchen--with full-size refridgerator--has pots/pans, dishes, flatware, stove, convection oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, rice cooker, etc.

Zoo, shops, or restaurants. 
Within two blocks, there is the Waikiki Shell, the Honolulu Aquarium,

September 1 - December 14, 2013 --$750/week; $1995/month; 119/night. ***Halloween/Thanksgiving holidays rate poss. adjusted, depending on length of stay.

December 15 - January 6, 2014 -- $1045/week; $2795/month; $169/night.         ***New Years/Christmas holidays rate may be adjusted, depending on length of stay.

January 7, 2014 - March 31, 2014 -- $995/week; $2595/month; $159/night.

April 1 - June 30, 2014 -- $750/week; $1995/month; $119/night.


10% Discount for military or kama'aina (ID required).

10% Prepayment Discount on all rental rates of at least six nights, if entire amount due is paid at time of booking and more than 60 days prior to arrival.

Individual nights over holidays may be adjusted. A housekeeping fee of $115. ($175. for stay of a month or more) and applicable taxes will be added. 

$10/night add'l charge for adults numbering more than two.  There is also a refundable $200. security deposit.

Perfect place for two!

Mahalo Mike! From the first email communication, getting questions answered, registration and our stay it was a complete delight to work with you, your staff and stay at the condo. My girlfriend & I were in Waikiki for a week and loved this location! A block from the beach, close to bus stop, Starbucks, ABC store, restaurants but yet at the quiet end of "the strip" so sleeping and down time in the condo was just as enjoyable as being out and about. It was a very safe, secure neighborhood to be traveling alone, with a friend, or small children. We had everything needed in the Condo, it's like you/your staff has thought of it all.
We both stated we would stay again or bring our husbands back and book this condo in the future. Your email to follow-up on our stay and confirm we made it home safe was very thoughtful.

Quaint, Clean and great LOCATION!!

I considered myself lucky when I came across this condo. Great location, very reasonably priced, comfortable and clean. The condo is well stocked for the beach too. Snorkeling equipment,beach towels, umbrella, chairs and wave board. Condo is located across the street from Honolulu zoo and a half a block from the main bus line. It was so easy to get around. The beach is a stones throw away from the condo. An added bonus is the efficiency of the owner Mike. I did my transaction directly through him. He promptly responded to my questions. He had all the information I needed from arrival to departure outlined in a clear and concise manner. His property manager Steve is readily available when you arrive which was helpful as well.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, sight seeing, tourists without a car

Comfortable place!!

I truly enjoyed the stay and the condo! The location was just perfect for my purpose of the stay and the condo had everything I needed.
It was clean and comfortable with a view of Diamond Head.
The only downside is that there was not a supermarket around and I needed to walk 15min to get things. But there was a farmers market held at the primary school next to the condo on Saturdays where you can buy fresh veggies an d fruits. That was helpful:)

Also Mike was always very helpful and his kind and prompt assistance made my stay comfortable as well. Thank you very much!

Would love to stay at my next trip again.

Yes, Waikiki is ill served by supermarkets (there is only one). But I'm happy that you found a farmer's market.
