Dec-19 to Sep 10 $150.00 per night $1000.00 per week with a 3 night minimum. Sep-11 to Dec-18 $110.00 per night $$750.00 per week.       Mini and regular Lobster season $1450 week with a 1 week minimum. There is a Cleaning fee of $90.00 left in cash at time of checkout. Also 12.5% Florida Tax.

No security deposit is required, however, if there are damages to the property you will be responsible for the charges incurred. The community charges a registration fee upon arrival of $50.00 per family per stay.

Cancellation Policy - over 60 days from the arrival date= full refund
60 days or less = $250.00 cancellation fee.
30 days or less = no refund.

Hurricane policy - A full refund will be given for any unused days or cancelled reservation for any mandatory evacuation from Cudjoe Key.The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to occupancy.
