The condo features floor to ceiling windows, dark wood floors and cabinetry, a state of the art kitchen with two dishwashers, a stainless refrigerator, and wine fridge. Not that you will need it in beautiful San Diego, but the condo has both air conditioning and heat. The modern minimalist furnishings add beauty and simplicity to your experience- designer sofa and chairs, custom beds, luxurious linens, original modern artwork, and a 50" plasma TV with cable and DVR. The
patio is furnished with Balinese lounge chairs and a stainless high bar table and chairs to make even your outdoor experience fabulous!
This concrete and steel tower features a state of the art gym with televisions on all the cardio equipment, weight machines as well as free weights. It also includes a recreation room and an outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Two side by side parking spots are included inside the secure underground parking.

If and when you leave the beautiful views of the condo, you need only to step outside the elevator into the Gaslamp District with hundreds of restaurants, bars, and other nightlife venues. Walk to Petco Ballpark, Seaport Village, the Convention Center, Horton Plaza and the waterfront. And have I mentioned the restaurants- if you stayed a month you would not be able to try them all- believe me, we have tried!
A quick drive will lead you to the famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and Sea World. Take another quick drive over the bridge, or walk to the ferry and head to Coronado for the day. The condo is also minutes from La Jolla, Mission and Pacific Beach, Point Loma, Old Town and the airport. Sorry, NO children please.
