spacious enclosed yard. We are located in the middle of the court on
the bayside making it a short walk to the bay (approximately 20 steps)
and 1 short block to the ocean.

Cute 1 or 2 bedroom unit on ground floor. Second bedroom is a smaller
room with bunkbeds, dresser, perfect for small families
who enjoy a seperate bedroom for kids to sleep and retreat.
Both have porcelin tile-carpet-paint-granite counter-dishwasher-stove. Patio
and enclosed grass yard are just outside front door. Washer/Dryer,
BBQ, Picnic Table, Lounge Chairs, beach chairs, boogie boards.
Includes garage parking. Steps to Mission Bay and just
across the street from the Pacific Ocean.

15 minutes to the San Diego Zoo, 5 minutes to Sea World, 1 minute to
Belmont Park Roller Coaster with lots of kiddie rides and games,
Close to restuarants and shopping. Watersport rentals are
plentiful, ocean fishing boats are 2 minutes away. La Jolla is 10
minutes away. Mexico is just 30 minutes south and there are
beautiful mountains and the Anza/Borrego desert 1 hour to the east.
