It is a privately gated estate just minutes from the famous Las Vegas strip (5.8 miles to the MGM and 2.6 miles to McCarran Airport). This 5,700 square foot, multi-million dollar, privately gated estate features lush landscaping, luxurious decor and comfortable seclusion.
Inside the private property gates, you will find vast patio space, comfy furniture and lounge chairs, gas BBQ, custom pool and spa. As you meander into the estate itself, you will find 6 oversized bedrooms (3 with en-suite bathrooms), 2 with king sized beds and 4 with queens, an open and flowing floor plan, custom limestone flooring, couches and furnishings that invite relaxation, abundant electronics, and much more.
More than just a place to stay, every full price stay at the Quail Estate emphasizes convenience and includes...

Short and long term stays are available. Nightly Rates range from $1550 to $1850 depending upon the time of year (average $1750 per night). There is a 3 night minimum for this property.
Special events are permitted within a normal stay. Additional event fees begin at $3,500 and apply any time there are more than the 12 permitted guests.
