 2 queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor and a loft with a queen, 3 twins and a full bed plus 1/2 bath which sleeps 11.  This may be rented by itself or we can open the whole house adding 2 queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a queen sofa sleeper and a roll out twin.  The whole house sleeps 16 comfortably. The ground level is available by itself with its own kitchen, TV, fireplace and can accommodate 6-7.

The renter must be 25 years of age minimum.  NO STAG PARTIES

Any occupancy overages will be charged $50.00 extra per head per night.

Any major cleaning will be delucted from the security deposit.
