Our tranquil property boasts 4 acres of pasture, vineyards, gardens including fruit trees, and a dipping pool to refresh from the summer heat.

The Villa is directly adjacent to Val du Vino Winery. Enjoy wine tasting and a weekly local Farmer’s Market at your doorstep during summer month.

The feeling of seclusion and privacy that the estate offers is offset by the convenience of its close proximity to historic downtown Murphy's.

Within a scenic 5 minute stroll you can enjoy the diverse offerings of this quaint Sierra foothill town.

The Villa offers three en-suite bedrooms with all the amenities of a country home. Each bedroom opens up to a garden or deck setting. A gourmet kitchen, has been designed by chef, Jeannine Hebel
for your use and enjoyment.

The spacious living area offers a fireplace and cable TV. Outside areas includes a large deck ideal for a family barbecue.
