This newer 3 bedroom, 2nd level condo has it all! Located in quiet
North Wildwood just over 1 and 1/2 short blocks to the beach (water close, no long beach walk to
water! Closest to water in all of the Wildwoods!) and only 4 more blocks to the beginning of the boardwalk.
Sleeps up to 8 adults and two children.

Great for two families to share or one large extended family.
Enjoy the view of the ocean.. (down street) as well as the Friday night fireworks
from your own private deck.

FAMILIES WELCOME. 
 

1/2 Rental fee due with contact to book your week. Balance plus security due 30 days before arrival.

June 21-28: $1,700. Last minute special Now only $1,200. (Family only) Use pay pal to pay for this last minute rental.

July 20-27:$2,195. (Saturday to Saturday)

Aug.17-24: $2,195.(Saturday to Saturday)

Aug.30-Sept.2:Labor Day Weekend=3 nights=$1,200. 4 nights $1,400. (Holiday weekend)

Sept.2-6:Monday to Friday-Mid week September- $495.  Great discount!

September weekends: 3 nights=$895. 4 nights $995. (family rate) groups per person.

Irish Weekend: $1,600. plus security

September full weeks: $1,200.

Monthly October-April: $900. plus utilities.

My family and I had a great time on our vacation at your condo. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go without ever moving the car. The beach is a short walk, as well as the boardwalk. The condo is layed out just perfect with an ocean view and beautifully decorated rooms. It is stocked with exactly what you need for a fun beach day or a rainy day playing games. The kitchen has everything that you need to make a full meal or just have a quick take out meal.

What can I say! We had an amazing time. We were very anxious to walk in the house, being that we did not see the condo in person. I couldn't believe that we rented a condo for 2 weeks without seeing it beforehand. We closed our eyes as we walked in, and when we walked in, we were amazed. We couldn't believe how perfect this house was. It looked even better than the pictures. The house was perfect for us. Very kid/family oriented. Games, movies, this place had it all. Next year, I will not be overpacking. The owners are very accommodating and wanted us to have the best possible vacation, which we did! We are very sad to be home and can't wait to rent the condo again next summer,

We wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

2 week Getaway!!

My family and I completely enjoyed this rental! The location is great, ample parking, wonderful view, and the friendly neighbors were an added bonus! Plenty of room inside with a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer saved me from excess packing! Also, the games, movies, and beach equipment was a bonus for the kids! The owners were very helpful and made themselves readily available. I will definitely be heading back. Already miss my morning coffee on the deck with the view!!!
