vacation rental description
Rose Ridge Chalet sits on a south facing ridge near Palmer, Alaska. The full wall of windows allows
a panoramic view of several mountains including Lazy Mountain, Pioneer Peak and most of the Chugach
Range. Knik Glacier is nestled at the end of the valley.. Surrounded by woods,
wildlife to watch for include: moose, birds, squirrels, and maybe an occasional fox or black bear.
The chalet is two-story, with a large bedroom with two queen beds and a bath on the second level.
The main level features another bedroom with one queen, one bath, and living/dining area. The full
kitchen is stocked with breakfast items to get you started. For your enjoyment, there are movies and
games. A patio outside is perfect to relax and enjoy our long summer evenings. This is a very
peaceful, private location.

Rates start at $175 per night for two. $15 for each additional guest over 5 years of age. There is a
two night minimum stay required. Weekly rates start at $1050. Monthly rates are available.
