White Bear Lodge -Panoramic Views, Stream and Trail! in Breckenridge

White Bear has stunning panoramic views of Mt. Quandary from the
floor to ceiling windows.
The lodge backs up to National Forest, with a stream just 20 yards
away paralleling the property. The bridge over the stream leads to a
mapped hiking trail. The setting is very private, with no neighbors
visible.
The large kitchen has cherry cabinets, stainless appliances and black
slab granite counters. There is a Bosch dishwasher, filtered water
and ice from the refrigerator door, microwave, ceramic cooktop and
large oven. there is enough silver and serveware for 24 guests.
The deluxe coffee maker has a grinder built into it for coffee beans,
making your morning cup of java a real treat!
The back deck has a Bar-B-Que grill and an invigorating 8x8 hot tub,
with over 60 jets and a waterfall.
There is a whole house stereo system, along with High Speed Internet
from Comcast, with plug-in or wireless capabilities (NetGear).
There are 3 TV's with cable connection, one of which is a 47" big
screen with surround sound, DVD, GameCube and games.
The lower level walkout has a Sauna Room, Pool Table, and
wet bar with a refrigerator and microwave. This is home
to the TV with surround sound. It also has 2 of the king bedrooms
and 2 full bathrooms.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main level. One
king with jetted tub in master bath, and one queen with twin bunk and
twin trundle.
The main level also has the kitchen, dining room, breakfast room, and
great room.
The upper level has a queen bedroom and 2 queens plus a couch in the
loft.
There are also 2 queen aerobeds for extra company.
The heated 2-car garage will keep your car warm when you leave for
your short drive into town.
White Bear is just 4 miles south of Breckenridge, which is an easy 5
minute drive on Hwy.9. All roads and the driveway are paved. Hwy.9
is well maintained and is a beautiful drive.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 14 adults, or 20 total with children.

The minimum age limit to rent 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 5 vehicles.
4x4 is MANDATORY during any date that snow may occur.

Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $300 + tax that will be applied to your rental.

The refundable damage deposit is $750.00 and will be collected in advance.

High Speed Internet plug-in or wireless, Pool Table, Private 8x8 hot
tub with 60+ jets and a waterfall, Sauna Room, Big Screen TV with
Surround Sound, cable and DVD player, plus GameCube, 2 other cable

Walk out the back door, go over the bridge, and walk over a hump to the
mapped trail in National Forest. Some of the best hiking in Summit
County is within a mile, including the 14'er - Mt. Quandary.
Everything the Breckenridge area offers is within 15 minutes. Golf,
biking, fishing, hiking, downhill and cross country skiing, shopping,
skating, concerts, etc. It's a wonderful area to be in!
