yard welcomes a swimming pool, hot tub/jacuzzi, and two patio areas
for seating, with majestic palm trees offering just the right amount
of shade. Fragrant night blooming jasmine, Tiki torches, and ambient
outdoor lighting set the stage for lively gatherings and entertaining.

A lighted, full size SOLAR heated Pool with flotation loungers, hot tub, and two garden patio areas will accommodate a large gathering of friends over the Propane or charcoal BBQ! Bicycle, beach towels, and beach chairs and beach umbrella and coolers provided for guest use!
The home is situated 2 miles from Downtown Fort Lauderdale and the Famous Las Olas area, known for it's trendy restaurants, clubs, shops, and historic architecture, and approx. 2 miles miles from the beach. Access to the airport is a quick 10 minute drive south!

Winter rates: November through April : $1265- 1465 per week inclusive
Summer rates: May through October: $1265- 1325 per week!

Holiday periods such as Spring Break, Easter, Fourth of July, Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day, Fort Lauderdale Boat Show week, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc. may be slightly higher due to demand.
