Sandpiper Condominiums are a stunning low-density complex with fabulous features and ocean-front views of the beach and city pier. There are only 24 units in this concrete building offering safety and convenience. The complex sits nicely on the ocean next to the heart of downtown activities in an area called "The Strand." No need to get in your car to eat, shop or participate in activities. The unit location provides walking access to all the fun and experiences that complement a great vacation.

This second floor luxurious condominium delivers the ultimate vacation experience. The ocean-front unit offers spectacular, direct views and nearly 1600 square feet of living space. The kitchen is fully equipped including Corian countertops and a breakfast counter. The separate wet bar connects the large dining area with the family room area. Hi-speed internet and WiFi keep you connected. Beautiful tile, cabinets and decorations complete the visual experience.

The master bedroom provides direct ocean views and a king-size bed. The master bath will spoil you with a Jacuzzi garden tub and separate shower, his-and-her closets and his-and-her vanities. The second bedroom is extremely large and provides a queen bed. The third bedroom contains two single beds. The family room also has a queen sleeper-sofa.

The ocean-front balcony provides spectacular views and is accessible from the family room and master bedroom. Dedicated assigned covered parking for two vehicles and elevators from parking garage to the unit make this a convenient vacation experience. Shopping, dining, and entertainment are within a two-block walking distance. A wonderful choice for one or more families.

We arrived at the rental after driving all night from the Finger Lakes region of New York. We were immediately impressed with how clean the condo was and loved the lay out! Our teenagers had their own space and we had ours. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location made it easy enough to walk to the grocery store for supplies. We loved sitting on the balcony and taking in the sites, and when we wanted to venture down the beach there was a closet full of everything we needed ranging from chairs to an umbrella to boogie boards.

The location is perfect for beachlovers, and the close proximity to Savannah makes it perfect for those who like to explore one of the most beautiful cities ever! We could jump in the car and in a few minutes we were at Bonaventure Cemetary, on the Riverside Walk or exploring some of the many museums and historical sites that Savannah has to offer. There are many excellent restaurants, a nature center and even a baseball team!

I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat and recommend it without hesitation.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Beautiful View & People Watching

This was probably the nicest vacation rental we have stayed in. The photos and description were spot on. Very updated and couldn't ask for more kitchen amenities. This condo was very clean and well maintained and the gated parking was awesome. My husband, myself, grown son and daughter and son in law stayed here and the lay out was perfect. The owners answered my questions fully when I emailed them and even went as far as to recommend places they enjoyed eating at. The beach was just across the parking lot (the Strand) and the Pier was almost that close. We had more fun "people watching" from the balcony. We spent evenings out on the balcony just relaxing, bonding and enjoying the view and "entertainment". Many dining places and shops are within walking distance. The only thing we weren't quite prepared for was the condo being located between 2 bars/eating establishments which meant noise on Friday and Saturday nights if you plan on going to bed early. Overall I'd give this condo an excellent rating and would highly recommend it.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car

Great condo! Wonderful view, Clean and spacious!

This was one of the best condo's I have stayed in. It had great views, good location and very secure property and bright, cheerful decorations.! The owner was very accommodating and made our arrangements a breeze. I would recommend this place to anyone, young or old.
The rental agency we worked with was also great. Very friendly and helpful. I would love to go back!. Savannah is so close which makes this place a perfect place to stay.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
