There is a 3 night minimum... but we Flexible on Last Minute Requests.
* We keep our rates low to allow smaller families to enjoy our place.
For Larger Groups, There is a $20 overnignt guest fee, for each additional guest... after the first 8 people. Large House, Over 4000 square feet ... Sleeps 11 comfortably.

Mid February - thru - Labor day weekend are considered HIGH SEASON. Major Local Events/Celebrations and HOLIDAY Weeks are also considered High Season, as for rates.
OFF SEASON is Sept. - thru - early Feb. (excluding Holiday and event weeks: thanksgiving, xmas, new yrs., graduation, bike week, etc.)
