Deer Beach Lodge - Custom Log Home with 2 Master Bedrooms in Lake Anna

Welcome to Deer Beach Lodge at Lake Anna. A custom designed
waterfront log home on Lake Anna with over 4000 sq ft of luxury. We built the property with the comfort of 2 near identical master bedrooms with thier own private ensuites.

Located on the private side of the lake, you will never have to worry
about boat traffic jetting by or finding a quiet place for water
skiing or tubing. A private community boat launch awaits you.
Launch you boat or jet skis and tie them up to our dock for the rest
of your vacation.

Deer Beach Lodge is sitting on 2 acres of serenity with panoramic
views of the lake. Every bedroom has a view of the lake! Deer
Beach Lodge also offers an expanded natural sand beach for your
private use right on the property. We spared no expense when we
built our dream vacation home!

1) Theatre room with 92" wall screen, overhead mounted projection
system and tiered stadium seating. You will never have to worry about
what to do on a rainy day. Don't forget to bring your favorite
movies or select a movie from the extensive movie library at Deer
Beach;
2) Huge kitchen with granite counter tops, double wall-ovens,
electric cook-top and wrap around breakfast bar that sits 5. What a
wonderful way to supervise the Chef during a holiday event or family
reunion.
3) Deluxe outdoor gas grill with side burner located on the rear
wrap around deck awaits those who love to Grill. The rear deck
offers over 1000 sq ft of space with plenty of outdoor seating and
room to spare.
4) 2 Story Great room with floor to ceiling stone fireplace is the
focal point of our home;
5) Dual main floor Masters each with their own private full baths
and walk-in closets grants extra privacy for you and your guests.
5 Bedrooms (2 Masters) with 4.5 bathrooms more than accommodates 14
people.
6) 2 full size fridges plus lower level bar with bar fridge, wine
fridge and extra microwave provides plenty of room for a hungry clan;
plenty of games will keep everyone of all ages occupied;
7) Beautiful detailing and custom trim throughout the home add that
extra added touch of luxury;
8) 165 feet of shoreline with water depth 6-8 feet at end of dock
depending on lake water levels;
9) Private Sand Beach with natural shallow water walking off the sand. Just
a great place for children.

Deer Beach Lodge is located in the upscale community of The Waters
at Lake Anna. Our community offers paved roads throughout the
community, community club house, private boat launch, swimming pool,
and two tennis courts.

We are 4.8 miles from the intersection of Rte 208 (Courthouse RD)
and Rte 652 (Kentucky Springs Rd) just minutes from Mineral, VA.

The home offers: 3 Queen beds, 1 Queen Sofa Bed, 2 Twin Beds and 2
Twin over Double Bunk Beds. A sofa bed is also available on the lower level.

Maximum occupancy for Deer Beach Lodge is 14.

There is plenty to do at Deer Beach Lodge all year round. Come in
the summer for swimming, tubing and boating. Come in the fall to
enjoy the fall foliage or take a wine tour during harvest time.
Come anytime to just relax or head out fishing.

Nearby attractions include golfing, hiking and Paramount Kings
Dominion or take time to visit Monticello or Charlottesville all
just a short distance away.

Boat rentals, jet ski rentals, and marina services are all available
nearby and will deliver right to our boat launch with advance booking and 5 day rental.

• Thanksgiving Week $2,000 for up to 5 nights and $2500 for 7 nights 
• Christmas Week $2,000 for up to 5 nights and $2500 for 7 nights

• Sept 8 - Nov 30 $2,750 per week or $1000 per weekend ($400/extra nigtht)

July 4th week = premium week ($4,250) 

Check-In is 3:00 pm & Check-Out is 10 am

Cleaning Fee of $150 and Damage Deposit of $1,000
