This air conditioned, non-smoking newer beautiful 2 storey, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home approximately 1700 square feet, is very tastefully decorated and situated in an ideal location, close to a number of golf courses and minutes from the US-95, which means you're minutes from the strip, shopping and the airport.  The backyard has a swimming pool with slide, complete with patio furniture and a gas barbeque, which is ideal for entertaining.

The home is fully furnished with a fullly equipped kitchen and open area to the family room and game room that has a pool table.  The family room has a 52" tv, for those sports fans.

The home has wireless internet.  The three bedrooms are all upstairs - 2 with queen size beds and the other with a bunk bed, making it ideal for a family!  The master bedroom has an ensuite with a soaker tub and a shower big enough for two people!

The home is located close to a number of golf courses including the Silverstone Golf Resort, 1 mile away, Painted Dessert Golf Resort 5 miles away and the famous Paiute Golf Resort, just 9 miles away.

If gambling and shows are your thing, we are just 6 miles from Sante Fe Station Casino/Hotel Resort.  And don't forget the strip, as we're just off US-95, you'll be at the famous strip in minutes as well as the airport!

This home is fully furnished throughout with the biggest selling feature being the beautifully landscaped backyard complete with swimming pool and slide and a gas barbeque and patio set.  For those sports fans, there is a 6 foot pool table in the game room and a 52" flat screen TV in the family room.

There is a complete laundry room with washer and dryer, as well as an iron.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, plates, cutlery and all the little things required to make you feel at home.

Only $125 per week night ($150for weekend) and $700 per week if you stay 4 weeks or more!  Minimum 3 night stay.

$350 damage deposit will be due as well, but will be refunded within 10 days after stay.

50% of total is due immediately upon reservation.  The remainder will be due 30 days prior to your scheduled stay.

There is also cleaning fee of $175.00.
