Ski"s Nest in Emerald Isle

Fourth row lot from ocean, private beach access with deck at the end to full beach veiw, including the pier, perfect for those who choose to be on the beach without getting sand between your toes .Master bdrm has q-bed at opposite end, other two bdrms have double beds, one of which has a reading nook, sofa bed which sleeps 2 and a extra daybed on a screened in covered front porch.(everybodies favorite).

I tried to de-personalize this place but have found it difficult to be here myself without all the comforts of home ,so I simply dropped the price and just ask if you use the end of the aluminum foil just replace that one item  another example would be laundry detergent so this way the home is fully stocked at all times with every possible comfort of home without the stress and expense of running to the store ,I live far away so I love the simple pleasure of packing only my clothes and food and only have to unpack a few bags, kick off my shoes and relax once I walk through the door .  My love for cooking for a crowd also includes ever size pot and pan and mixing bowls . This home is designed for the perfect family gathering place.          I also want to thank all my new guests in 2009 for the wonderful respect they had for my home since it was my first year offering it for rent and cant wait to welcome you back in 2010 !!!

 Well its 2011 ,I just want to thank all my guests again and welcome the new guests , and for all you facebook fans Emerald Isle has wonderful  posts also .   We dont claim to be a five star but we work hard to keep up on all the maintaince and depend on our guests to report any damages as minor as they may seem .

Another great year for Skis Nest ,I cannot thank all my wonderful guests enough for the things they do to continue to make our home the best it can be !!!

This place has ALL the amenities of home plus some ,it has never been a residence ,its my personal vacation home ,all your basics,washer & dryer ,dishwasher,micro,toaster,toaster oven,crockpot,blender,electric can opener,tv:s ,cable , ,local phone ,dry bar...too many to name,if I dont have it I can possibly arrange to have it there upon your arrival date ,including handicapp items like toilet riser seat and rails ....just ask. All bedding and linens provided.Its a 14x70 mobile home with screened in porch and outer wrap around deck with outside cold shower ,. Central air and heat.    The interior is non-smoking ,no pets ,families preferred ,25 years or older please .       Small kiddie pool can also be available for outside deck if advanced notice is given ( a perfect way to keep the lil ones entertained  even after a long hot day on the beach ,trust me ,lol !!! )

This island has too many to list, from putt-putt golf to giant water slide, bumper boats ,kayak and jet ski rentals ,movie theaters ,shopping formal and casual dining and all of it is within a couple miles ,most walking distance with sidewalks and paved bike trails .     Pics posted here are taken from the private beach access , new pics are not posted yet because its work in progress getting it ready to rent as the economy has forced me into it ,the big blue house is a point of referance ,front view from private beach access ( which has been replaced with all new wood ) and the back view of the blue house taken from my porch ,(we are behind the big blue house ) ,it blocked the view ,but we feel safer during high winds and hurricanes, and all deposits all fully refunded if a hurricane is coming because we wont allow anybody to stay in harms way.
