Allows nightly/monthly rentals during off-season months (November through March). During peak season months (April through October), rentals are normally from Sat to Sat, but may be somewhat flexible (as long as rentals are 3 or more nights). Always weekly rentals from Sat to Sat during April, May, June, July, August, September and October. There is a $300 price increase during Thanksgiving and Easter.  Prices listed below do not include taxes.
