Just accross from the Azalea Inn,  Hominey Grill and three other restaurants.  Walk to College of Charleson, MUSC, and shopping district . The unit has a new kitchen with stove, microwave, frig, and washer/dryer. Extra sleeping available with twin pull out sleeper.

GREAT place to stay in Charleston!!!!!!!

This was a great place to stay for our first trip to Charleston. The apartment is in a beautiful historic neighborhood within walking distance of just about everything but the beach (we did hire a car service for that adventure). There are several restaurants within a 1-3 block radius that are well worth a visit(or 2): Hominy Grill, Lana's, and Xiao Bao Biscuit, to name a few. And it was only a 6-7 block walk to the north end of King Street-lots of great places to check out there.
The apartment itself was amazing-the perfect size for 2, had just what we needed, kitchen, very comfy bed, iron, A/C, wifi, cable tv, a great place to rest after exploring Charleston all day on the owner's bikes. It also had a few things that we didn't use but were glad they were available, washer/dryer and hair dryer.
The owner was very responsive and our entire stay from booking to checking out was so easy...we will definitely find our way back to Charleston and this pied-a-terre again, and would highly recommend it to others!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Excellent rental

Perfect size; great location. You are a block from the free trolley line but grab a coffee at the Hominy Grill and just walk to King or Meeting Streets. Then hop a trolley on the way back when you are tired. That little couch in the picture is wonderfully comfortable and the bed has lots of pillows to make lounging easy. The washer/dryer was very handy to do a couple of quick loads at night. Nice neighborhood. Be sure to get to Halo down the street for bakery items.

Recommended for: age 55+, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

The Best Location

This is one charming little place and really makes a Charleston vacation special. It is close to the free trolley system stop or you can even walk downtown to the Historic District. Parking is scarce in Charleston and you have your own private off street parking spot. The bed is very comfortable and the neighborhood seemed very quiet and getting a good nights sleep was never a problem.It is also an very easy location to get onto the major thoroughfares when leaving Charleston on day trips. The owner was very helpful in suggesting restaurants, historic sites and day trips in the area. We would definitely stay there again as Charleston is a great place to visit.

Recommended for: age 55+, tourists without a car
