" Paradise"
To call this home "Paradise" is quite a claim. It is true. There is no finer oceanfront home for rent in the Ponte vedra/ St. Augustine area, perfect for 2 to 3 families. Custom features include beautiful maple flooring, exquisite granite countertops, wood cabinets, designer lighting and plumbing fixtures and more including an available elevator. The layout, appointments and amenities are designer inspired from a famous area architect.
But let's start with the acclaimed Serenata Beach Club next door, just a 700 foot walk down the beach. It is all yours' .. if you like for $230 for a week for your entire group (10 people, not including kids 6 and under). Three pools (including an adult pool, family heated pool and kids pool), hot tub, full fitness center, daily kids activities, fitness classes including Yoga and more plus a fabullous restaurant and bar. You are not just renting the premier home on the beach ... you can also have the Beach Club... a few steps away as well. The best of both worlds!
The Great Room is really a Great, Great Room with panoramic ocean views where ever you are. From the Living Room area with large TV (Cable) and including a World War II battleship porthole window peaking out to the ocean to the fully equipped gourmet Kitchen featuring top-of-the-line appliances. Then there is the Dining Room that seats six plus and the Breakfast nook that offers views to both the ocean as you sip your morning coffee and a view to the east over the Intercoastal. And, of course, the Wet Bar is fully equipped.
All five bedrooms have ocean views. Four include their own full baths and are really four Master Bedroom suites ... two with Kings, one with a Queen and one with two doubles. One includes a sofa bed. The Bunk Room is the 5th bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The home comfortably sleeps 14 to 16 people including children, especially with the sofa bed in one MBR and an airbed or two.
All four full baths are beautifully appointed ... one with a Jacozzi and one with a Steam Shower. Plus, a half bath.
Oh, and the deck and private walkway out to the beach. Plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy the morning sunrise or sip cocktails in the evening. Not to mention the hot and cold outdoor showers.
And, of course, the home has wireless internet, a 2 car garage and full laundry room.
If you only take one vacation a year, make it a great one ... "Paradise".
