Welcome to the Jewel of Powder Ridge!  Featured in November 2007 “Country’s Best Log Homes” magazine and also featured in Precision Craft Log Home’s advertising, this specialty built luxury log home is snuggled into private acreage on Douglass Road and is packed with high-end furniture and appliances to assure that your vacation is a luxurious trip into the environs of Sunday River Maine.  This hillside home has sweeping views of the Mahoosuc Mountains, is about a 4 minute drive to the South Ridge Base Lodge at Sunday River Ski Resort, and is nearby to good fishing and many other fun activities.

Timber Ridge Lodge offers a beautifully appointed open-floor plan catering to either 1 or 2 families, people trying to get away to the mountains, yet able to enjoy each other’s company in a home setting.  This 4,200 square foot luxury ski house boasts 5 Bedrooms, 3½ baths and features a commercial chefs kitchen complete with Stainless Steel appliances, including a full size all-refrigerator and a full size all-freezer, an icemaker, and a microwave oven.  There is a regulation size “Olhausen“ pool table and game room for our guests as well as a beautiful new Home Theatre.

The Main floor Great Room is the central area of the home and we have decorated with a Southwestern decor.  Here one will find the chef’s kitchen, the dining area, and the living room with a beautiful stone fireplace (with all the wood you can use), a comfortable leather sectional sofa to lounge on while watching the new 65” HDTV – powered by Direct TV Satellite.   The Master Bedroom Suite is also on this main floor, where there is radiant heat throughout.

The 2nd floor has one king bedroom and one Queen bedroom, with an ensuite bath.  There is also a separate seating area in the upstairs – a quiet spot to watch television or read a good book.

The downstairs area is the game room, complete with pool table as mentioned above, a wet bar, a dedicated video game room with Xbox 360, another lounge area with satellite television, and two more bedrooms.

The bed set-up is 3 King Bedrooms, a Queen Suite and a bunkroom, with four twin beds.

Summer:  (June 19 - August 30)  $5000 per week  Pool open
Early / Late Summer:  $700 / weekend night  $3500 / week  Pool open

Three night minimum for Winter, Spring and Fall;  1 week minimum for summer 

7 % Maine Lodging Tax and $200 cleaning fee
