This quaint beach cottage much larger on the inside than it seems from the outside.  There are 4 large bedrooms.  2 upstairs that are for youth with 4 twin beds and 4 trundles (and the 4 twin beds can be converted into 2 king-sized beds using a conversion kit per your request).  Two bedrooms downstairs set up for adults with king size beds.  The living room and kitchen are knotty pine and the bedrooms are bright and cheery.  Water views from the living room, front bedroom and sky lights.  Living room has a cozy fireplace for cool summer nights and pull-out couch.  Outdoor patio with plenty of furniture and grill.   This quintessential beach cottage with water views of Scarborough beach is the perfect place to relax after a day of surf and sand. Outdoor shower (covered) with changing area. Beach chairs, cooler and carrier for toting to the beach. Linens available $75.00 fee includes 400ct egyptian cotton sheets and pillowcases for all beds, cotton hand & bath towels & facecloths. We recommend bringing your own beach towels. Enough off-street parking for five small cars end-to-end plus on-street parking. Wide screen TV w/ hi-def cable, Wifi. Call or e-mail any questions. Narragansett has many seaside attractions including surfing, fishing, golf, mini-golf, biking, hiking, restaurants, and dancing.  It is within 40 minutes to Newport and Foxwoods.  Close to beach (3 min. walk), restaurants and pizza parlor. Easy bike ride to Galilee and Block Island Ferry and Point Judith Light House. Plenty of restaurants, seafood and beaches nearby. Minutes to Narragansett Pier area and Main St. Wakefield. Newport is only a half hour away, Fox Woods is 45 minutes away. Great surfing and beachcombing, claming and fishing all along the shore. Kids will enjoy the beach, miniature golf, bumper boats, batting cages, kayaking, and many summer activities nearby.

Memorial Day Weekend and First Weekend in June -Friday to Monday:  $1100 includes linens.

Spring Rates offered from Memorial Day Weekend to June 29:  $1900 per week. 

Summer Rates offered from June 30, 2012, to September 1, 2012:  $2700 per week.

Winter/Academic Rates offered from September 4, 2013 to May 20, 2014:  $2100 per month.

Linens offered w/fee; pets considered w/ fee & pet deposit. $400 non-refundable deposit required. Leave the house clean as you received it. Any cleaning by us shall be deducted from your deposit.
