Rentals are by the week, minimum from Saturday to Saturday
In Season: Jan-April Memorial Day thru Labor Day $950
Monthly rates $2400 (No Monthly Summer rentals)
Off Season: After Labor Day - December $675
Monthly off season rates $1775
All rentals are subject to 12.5% state & local tax as well as $75 cleaning fee
Minimum age requirement to rent 25
Parties larger than the preferred capacity of 4 are subject to a $50/week charge per extra person per wek (owner's discretion)
Minimum rental period of one week from Friday to Friday
Monthly rentals are not available during the summer months.
$500 refundable security deposit
