Post & Beam Stunner with Views in Glenwood Springs

The house is located in Oasis Creek three minutes from the world famous Hot Springs Pool, The Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, bick rentals, ski rentals, and downtown Glenwood Springs. The house has 5,300 sq. feet with a huge deck overlooking Mt. Sopris, Red Mountain and Storm King Mountain. Facing north are the Flattops. Eight championship golf courses are within 40 miles. Three white-water rafting companies are also located minutes away. The property sits on .75 of an acre on a lot that resembles a wooded, secluded area with a huge redwood playground, and a large 25x50 swimming pool (heated only from spring to fall and covered) and an 8 person hot-tub...heated all year round at 103 degrees.

The upper level game room has a beautiful pool table, a large screen t.v. with XBOX and plenty of games! It also has a gas fireplace and queen size sofa sleeper.  The main level t.v. room has a large screen t.v. with Playstation 2 and Wii and is stocked full of games and DVD's and board games.

This is a wonderful home for an active family or a beautiful retreat for couples. As well as, family reunions and class reunions. I am very particular as to who rents it.

I only keep my guests dates on an old fashioned analog calendar...not on the internet site.

November - May 22nd are the lower rates

May 23rd - October are the higher rates

A deposit of 50% of the total monies due plus a security/damage deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded to you within 10 days after your stay after inspection of the property and it's content.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booked within 30 days of arrival, the total is due, in full at the time of booking. If you cancel within two weeks or your reservation, the damage deposit will be forfeited. Your rental fee will be returned. There is a three night minimum for reservations.
