This tastefully furnished first floor unit welcomes you. Full kitchen/open dining area with breakfast bar plus open air dining. The living room is cozy and accommodating with  cable TV, VHS/ DVD player and two couches that are comfortable for lounging or sleeping. The master bedroom has a king size bed with option of becoming two singles, plus a futon. The second bedroom has built-in bunk beds with full-size bed above. The full bathroom is done in Mediterranean style. The home has fully tiled floors. We offer you ideal beach living.

The bridge is a popular walking workout. The panoramic view from the top highlights the expansive Blue Atlantic, the Comachee Island Marina and the St Augustine Water Front.
