A lake house that you will love to share with friends and family.
The four bedroom house has three queen beds and two twins bed. The living room has a leather couch, leather love seat and rocker to enjoy the entertainment system. The kitchen is fully equipped, so if you want to, you can cook like you are at home. Four French doors lead out to the party deck.
Check in at 1:00PM on Friday and check out is 11:00AM the following Friday. There is no cleaning service. The rule of the house is that the guest has to leave the house the way they found it.

42" Flat Screen Direct TV, DVD, CD, I-Pod hook up, and 32" TV for gamers.
Seats 24 for dinner, wonderful party deck, fire pit, swim ladder and yard games. Fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels and cleaning supplies.
Whole house AC, 3 season room, and plenty of parking!
Boat house and lift with tie downs for two other craft. Two mountain bikes for exploring the area.

Indian Lake State Park ( Pew Island) with a public boat ramp, docks, fishing jetties, and picnic areas is about 100 yards from the house.
Indian Lake has two public beaches.
vacation rental rates
In season rates (Memorial Day to Labor Day) range from $900 to $1400.
Off season weekly rate is $795. Discounts available for multiple weeks.
Off season weekends 2 Nights - $395, 3 Nights - $450.
Weekly rentals are from Friday to Friday.
Weekend rentals aren't available in the Summer.
