I'm offering my luxury condo right on one of the best beaches in the world. This could become your favorite place to visit (it happened to me). This sixth floor condo is located directly on the beautiful sugar white sand beach AND faces the Gulf of Mexico, providing incredible views from every room.  It has 180 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico off the spacious balcony with access from both the bedroom and living room, as well as full intracoastal and sunrise views from the breakfast nook.  Yes, you get both views, and the sunrise views are even more incredible than the sunsets.  The balcony is furnished with table, chairs as well as loungers, so you can sit back and enjoy the beautiful sunsets in paradise! We also provide beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella, if you would rather sit on the beach and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. 

This condo is spacious; 1020 square feet with an additional 170 square feet of living space on the balcony.  The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, mix master, dishes, pots and pans as well as basic spices. The master suite is furnished with a king sized bed, two  night tables with lamps, new bedding, large walk-in closet, bathroom with his and her sinks, large soaker tub as well as a large separate shower. Best of all - you can even lie in bed and enjoy the view!!!  All linens are provided including new luxury 600 thread count sheets and duvet. This freshly painted condo features a new queen sized sleeper sofa and an additional bathroom, providing privacy for all. The insuite frontload washer and dryer and 47" flat screen television are new and central air conditioning is provided for your comfort.  We also offer free long distance calling in North America, as well as wireless internet, so you can stay connected with home.

The following will be added:  12% Accommodation tax; $100 Cleaning Fee; $100 Condo Association Application Fee (payable directly to the Crescent Beach Club); and $500 Damage Deposit (refundable if there is no damage). 

Crescent Beach Club condo association requires a minimum rental of 14 days
