If reservation is made before January 1, 2013 you can request that payments be made by thirds: 1/3 to reserve (Non-refundable); 1/3 by April 1, 2013; Final 1/3 rent, plus $100 Cleaning, 7% Maine Tax, and separate $500 refundable Security Deposit 60 days before your check-in date.
