The Signature at MGM Grand is more than a Las Vegas luxury hotel. From the private gated entrance and 24-hour Concierge services to the gourmet in-suite dining and private balconies, you will totally enjoy your relaxation at this luxurious Penthouse Suite (550 Sq Ft) that faces the grand strip view and has its own private balcony. This elegant Penthouse suite provides deluxe king beds with exquisite Egyptian cotton sheets, two flat screen TVs, free Wi Fi Internet access, I pod port. Guests staying at the Signature at MGM Grand have access to all the MGM Grand's amenities (e.g. the MGM Grand's pool), plus the amenities accessible only to guests staying at the Signature (e.g. the Signature's private pools, lounge, restaurant, Starbucks, and the fitness center) at no additional charge.

We are new owners of the Signature MGM penthouse suite (purchased July 2010).  We purchase the unit because we enjoy staying  at the Signature MGM and love Las Vegas very much.  The Signature property is one of our seven Vacation rental properties.  Our business model is to provide high end vacation accommodation to our guests at a reasonable discounted rate. 
Making reservation with us is very simple. 
1. Email us with the dates you prefer.  if you are flexible, please let us know.  We may provide alternative dates at lower rate.

3. Review the rental agreement and confirmation sent through email.  Please feel free to email or call if you have any questions.  Send in the deposit or payment as soon as possible.  We do have First Come First Serve policy.We accept Paypal, credit card or personal check as payment method.

• We offer discounted rental rate lower than MGM. We require minimum of 3 night stay  if it is weekend dates unless it is within 14 days of arrival or two days during the week.

      The rate includes, checkout housekeeping,daily high speed internet resort fees.

• The rate that we will quote you will be the rate that you'll pay.
  There are no hidden costs.
  All reservations are final. No refunds.
• If arrival date is 45 days or longer, $200 credit card payment through Paypal to hold the reservation, the balance due two weeks before arrival through money order or personal check.
• If the arrival dates is with 45 days, 100% payment is due at the time of reservation.
