This condo is in the most perfect location! Great cove, on a quiet part of the lake, but still close to everything! Just minutes from downtown Hot Springs and Oaklawn Track but far enough away from the BIG crowds and traffic. Great places to eat across the street and minutes down the road. Hawgs Pizza is a short drive by boat or car. Doc's Pizzeria is in the opposite direction same distance...but only by car. KJ's is about a two minute drive west on Airport and a great mexican restraunt just across the bridge. And if you forgot something for your trip, Walmart is located about 5 minutes East on Airport Rd.

Fully loaded with Cable and Wireless internet, our condo is a two bedroom condo with Queen size, pillow top Serta beds in each room! Both rooms have a walk-in closet and LOTS OF ROOM. The living room has two couches with one having a fold out full size bed, allowing for two children or one adult to sleep comfortably in the livingroom. The bathrooms are both full size bathrooms with granite countertops. The master bathroom has two sinks and a whirlpool bathtub as well as a shower. The kitchen is a huge kitchen with non-stick pots and pans and all the essentials for cooking dinner or breakfast......if you really want to while on vacation!! It is equipped with all stainless steel appliances: Electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and in the large closet off the kitchen are a brand new washer and dryer set. The refridgerator has a great icemaker and plenty of room in the freezer and fridge. The coffee pot is also equipped with an esspresso maker!! MMMM!! Great for those lazy mornings having a cup while sitting on the covered back porch looking out over the lake!! The condo has an excellent COVERED BOAT DOCK and boat ramp!! The boat slip is located just out the back door of the condo about ten feet away full with electricity and lights!
