Tampa Palms Pool Home GOLF/BEACHES/DISNEY in Tampa

Luxurious 4 bd/2bth saline pool home in a golf community surrounded by private and public golf courses. Family and pet friendly. Sleeps 10-12. One king bed, two queen beds, 4 twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa.

Our home is single level and handicap accessible.  An open split layout comes fully furnished for your family, including all kitchenwares.  Wifi access reaches out to the pool deck, along with exterior Bose speakers.

Kitchen is new with granite and stainless appliances throughout.  Large kitchen table opens up to feed as many as 8.  Full pantry located within kitchen.  Adjacent formal dining room with expandable table.

Formal living area includes large shuttered windows and seating along with a desk and computer.

Large family room has a quees size sleeper sofa and loveseat.  Full entertainment center built around a Bose Lifestyle surround sound system and large Sony plasma screen.  Plenty of DVD's available for your use.

Full size washer and dryer in mudroom off of the two car garage. 

Master suite includes king bed and plenty of drawer space.  Double mirrored walk-in closets.  Bathroom within includes marble garden tub and separate shower.  His and her twin marble sinks.

Two bedrooms each contain queen bedroom sets along with full size mirrored closets.

The fourth bedroom is decorated for a child (think Buzz Lightyear :-) ) with two twin bunk bed sets. 

The Pool bathroom has double sinks and full size tub/shower.

Our large, fenced backyard is ringed with Gardenias that blossom in the spring.  The Roman-style pool is saline and professionally serviced.  South facing backyard for all your sun-bathing needs.

Pets welcome with owner approval.

We are located within the Tampa Palms golf community with multiple clubhouses, pools, and parks within walking distance.  Groceries, shopping, and restaurants are also all within Tampa Palms and within walking distance.

Two large shopping malls within a 5-10 minute drive.

Flatwoods trails for biking/running/rollerblading around the corner.

Nearby is the University of Southern Florida and their associated medical center, University Community Hospital, Moffitt Cancer Center.

Easy access to I-75, I-275 and I-4.

Tampa:

Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, HardRock Casino, Channelside area, Cruise ship port, Ybor City, Tampa Convention Center, Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, Tampa Art Museum, Museum of Science and Industry, St Pete's Sports Forum, State Fairgrounds, and last but not least GASPARILLA for all you pirates out there.

Professional sports include the Buccaneers, the Lightning, the Rays, and spring training for too many teams to write down (go see a Yankee's game!)

Golf:

Home is located within Tampa Palms and its 18-hole Arthur Hills designed Championship course.  Within ten miles are NUMEROUS courses including Pebble Creek, Saddlebrook, "The Claw", Hunter's Green, Emerald Green, Heritage Isles, TPC Tampa Bay, etc, etc, etc.

Adventure Parks:

Disney and other attractions are about an hour away.  Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, Universal Studios, Epcot Center, Circque de Soliel, MGM Studios, Pleasure Island, Downtown Disney, Sea World, Wet and Wild

Beaches:

Gulf beaches include Clearwater, de Soto, Tierra Verde, Indian Rocks, St Pete's, Madiera, Treasure Island ; all are between 40 minutes to an hour away.  The Tampa Causeway beaches allow jet skiing and boating ramps; these are 25 minutes away.

Weekly stay required.

High Season rates apply to stays with weeks falling in January through March and June - August.

One time $150 cleaning fee is charged and a weekly fee if cleaning service is requested. 

Check in at 4pm, check out at 11am.

Full payment is due prior to arrival and will go through PayPal, or their bill me later service.

50% deposit is required at booking.  ;

Refundable pet deposit required for all pets.
