 3500 sq feet of elegant indoor space with 1700 sq  feet of outside deck area space comprise this contemporary waterview home with walk to our private beach.  4 large bedrooms , 4 full baths,  including 2 with ensuite baths and 2 with private baths, very comfortably accommodating 10 guests. 9 foot ceilings with large expansive rooms including an open 52 foot long kitchen, dining and entertainment area with fireplace and comfortable chairs and sofas. This area also has access to the lower deck area and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with top of the line stainless steel appliances including a giant refrigerator and a 6 burner Wolf gas range. A TV/ game room is also on the first floor and has a 55 inch HD TV with DVR and DVD player as well as comfortable leather couches and chairs. Coffered ceilings and radius corners are throughout the house. There is one bedroom on the first level with 2 single beds with it’s own bath. All floors are solid oak and the home is equipped with high speed wireless and land line phone service throughout the USA .

The second level includes 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths as well as a laundry room with new oversized LG stainless washer and dryer . The private master suite is elevated from the rest of the house and contains a huge sleeping  area with vaulted ceilings. It has a king sized bed and a flat screen HD TV. Additionally,there is a separate vaulted area used as a dressing room, a walk in closet, and a very large bath with a big soaking tub. The master suite has direct access to the second level deck as well as the roof top deck to view the ocean by day and the stars at night.

Adjacent to the private master suite area is a second bedroom with an ensuite full bath with a queen sized bed, a flat screen  HDTV and direct access to the second level and roof top decks.

At the end of the hallway is a very large 3rd bedroom with 2 trundle beds that convert to 2 king sized beds if needed. It has its own full bath and a flat screen HDTV.

The house has zoned central air, a comprehensive copper outdoor lighting system which beautifully illuminates the grounds as well as all three decks. It has an outdoor shower as well as comfortable and high  quality outdoor furniture sufficient for all guests. There is a stainless steel Weber gas grill as well as an outdoor dining table with umbrella.

The separate 2 car garage structure contains several beach chairs, umbrellas , boogie boards, pails and shovels etc.

The house is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, glass ware, stem ware, coffee machine, blender etc. There is a very large gas powered stainless steel  lobster / clam steamer for clam bakes.

We can provide the name of a linen service if you wish. We are not able to provide linen or towel service due to the time constraints of a 3 hour turn around between tenant departure and arrival.
