Private Live Oak Villas community pool on premises.  Walk or bike 3/4 mile to the beach or 1 mile to the Beach Club (with additional pool access).  The unit is fully furnished with new bedding and mattresses - stocked with linens and bath towels for your convenience.

Seabrook Island is a private island with more than three miles of unspoiled, pristine beach, beautiful marshes and acres of lush maritime forest.  With no hotels or high rise condos on the island, guests enjoy beautiful uncrowded beaches, nature trails, and quiet streets for bike riding.  Activities and nearby attractions include:

Fall:   08/26/2012 to 10/27/2012 - $800/week  $150/night

Winter:  10/28/2012 to 03/2/2013 - $675/week  $130/night

Spring 03/3/2013 to  05/11/2013 - $875/week  $160/night

Departure cleaning included for weekly rentals

Nightly rentals (3 night minimum), $100 cleaning fee will be added

Club amenity fee $150/week or $25/day per family (Optional)

Rates subject to 11.5 % SC tax

A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of booking.  Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS.

Cancellation policy: 100% Refund if cancelled up to 30 days prior.
No refund within 30 days unless rebooked.  $200 security deposit.
