There is a second spacious deck on this level, and it connects up to the third floor deck via a spiral staircase.

The first floor of the home has a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a bunk room with a queen bed, a futon, and a twin over full bunk bed, a sleeping nook with a twin bed, and a large room containing a kitchenette, a small table, and a queen bed.
