Vacation in this lovely 3 or 4 bedroom airconditioned cape, steps from the water with deeded access to salt water Green Pond for your canoe, kayak or small boat for your ride to Vinyard Sound.  A mile away from several of the nicest beaches on the Cape, you can walk, ride your bikes or drive to the Vineyard Sound for the sun and sea.  This charming home has 3 bedrooms plus an office sporting a day bed that sleeps two.  In all, sleep up to eight people in comfort and enjoy the 3 full baths, one with a Jacuzzi tub, and two with a stand up showers and one with a bath tub/shower.  Barbecue on the deck in this private back yard or cook in the fully equipped kitchen and eat in the spacious dinning area or simply eat out on the deck on the patio set.  The house has a one-car garage to store your car or your toys for your stay.  We want you to enjoy yourself during your first and every stay with us. This house comes with a fully equipped kitchen of top named appliances including a center working island, electric stove top, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal and plenty of wine glasses.  It has service for 8 plus people for plates, glasses, eating and serving utensils, and plenty of pots, pans, serving plates, cooking pans and the likes.  The master suite consists of a huge master bedroom with 4 closets and a master bath with a Jacuzzi tub and shower.  Two bedrooms on the second floor are appropriately appointed and can each sleeps two people with a bathroom in between the rooms.  The large living room and dinning room can accommodate a large family and the office can double for another bedroom.  Complete with a 46" HD TV, a 33" HD TV in the Master Bedroom and a 24 " TV in one upstairs bedroom, plus high speed Internet and unlimited long distant calling in the US.

Falmouth, and Cape Cod generally, are loaded with interesting and exciting things to do, rain or shine.  Visit the local winery in Falmouth or the brewery in Hyannis just a few miles away.  Trip to the Vineyard, Martha’s Vineyard that is, or Nantucket for a day trip to explore a whole new world which is only a ferry ride away.  Down town Falmouth is loaded with shops and restaurants as well as an extensive library.  Fishing and golf are in close driving or walking distance from this house or anywhere in Falmouth.  Located in nearby Mashpee is the Children’s Museum for the rainy day, if you get one.  Mashpee Commons beats shopping anywhere else on earth.  It is a city of shops, don’t miss it.  Don’t forget our wonderful beaches overlooking Martha’s Vineyard and Vineyard Sound.  A stone’s throw away is wonderful Wood’s Hole where you'll find shops and the Oceanographic Institute.  Take a whale watching charter or simple stroll the streets for the many treasures of Falmouth and Wood’s Hole.
