We have two 1 bedroom suites available in this owner occupied brownstone building in the West Village. GREAT location, 1/2 block to famous Bleecker St. Walk to all shops, cafes, restaurants and fun stuff in the W Village, SoHo and TriBeca. Subway is 1/2 block away - really - couldn't be more conveniently located.

VERY cute with European flavor. Clean, cozy, very expensive queen beds, high end linens, fresh flowers, mineral water and warm hospitality provided.

Second floor can sleep 3 adults, third floor can sleep 4 comfortably. Wireless internet and cable TV. Full kitchen with high end appliances and dishwasher in each. Children over aged 12 welcome.

Outdoor garden downstairs, open till about Midnight. Guests welcome to sit and unwind in garden patio in eves - nice way to relax after long day out and about. It is relatively quiet in the apartments - but light sleepers or early to bed please be aware of garden seating out back.

Rates are dependent on length of stay, number of people, time of year, events and holiday higher. $75 cleaning fee.

To reserve, we ask for 20% via credit card to our PayPal account. The remainder plus a $300 security deposit is due 4 weeks prior to arrival via personal check or bank transfer. Security promptly refunded assuming no damage.

Fabulous! Better than we could have hoped for!

Having only stayed around Times Square/5th Ave/Bryant Park on previous trips to NYC I didn't really know where else to stay............. and now I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else, except Cornelia Street. My mother and I took the subway and found the West Village cute, fun, and stress free without mobs of people. The townhouse was easy to find (less than 2 blocks from the subway) and located on a quiet, cute street with several small restaurants that all looked enticing. We walked up the 3 flights of stairs, opened the door to unit #6, smiled, and fell in love with our charming "home away from home" for a weekend trip. It's simply adorable with a Pottern Barn flair. The unit was spotless, had good light, all the ammenities we needed, and the bed was heaven! Highly recommend Palma's restaurant downstairs to relax with wine and delicious food... don't forget to check out the cute courtyard! Big thanks to Maura for making the reservation process fast and easy.

Great spot in the Village

The West Village has become my favorite place to stay when in NYC. These apartments are in a great location, close to subway options, restaurants abound (including, of course, the one you're staying on top of). Had a great meal at Palma's (eat in the garden if you can). Love living like a local, not a tourist. My own apt was clean, bright and lots of "Village flavor". And, if another Sandy hits, you can take comfort knowing you're not in the mandatory evac zone!

Recommended for: sight seeing, tourists without a car

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. The location is perfect and the atmosphere is just everything you hope for. We were with four people, you have to know eachother pretty well to say with four but it's possible. With two it's more convenient, but we had a great time. Thank you Maura.
