With tropical gardens and secure parking (5-7 cars) in the front, lawns and a huge patio in the back (facing the water), it's time to blend a margarita in the open, family-style kitchen, drop some local fish on the barbie, kick-back in the Jacuzzi that overlooks Sail Bay and play, play, play!
