For premier bass fishing, water sports, and hunting, rent newly available vacation home, located 3 MILES SOUTH OF ENTRANCE TO GOOSE POND COLONY AND 5 MILES NORTH OF WATERFRONT RAMP ON HWY 79. PERFECT for fishing tournaments. Located in a protected channel with 2-lift boathouse and wave runner lift, and easy access to the main water. Excellent for wave running and skiing. Boat launch is located off HWY 79 at William W. Gross State Park (Mink Creek) about 0.25 mile from boat house. Boat house securely stores two boats and has a large dock.

Fabulous lake view with surrounding moutains. Newly renovated home has a huge great room with gas fireplace. Full sized kitchen with dishwasher, stove, stainless refrigerator & beverage refrigerator. Pots and pans, dishes provided. Dining table for 8 plus small eating bar. Screened porch, deck and 2 of the three bedrooms face the lake. Two full bathrooms. Large screen TV, cable and internet access. Bed linens and towels provided.
Linens, spreads and blankets washed and floors steam cleaned between rentals. Booster chair available. Grill and picnic table.
