Expansive 3 BR Home with Private Pool Close to Times Square in Fort Myers Beach

Isle del Sol, sprawling and very private, lies on a spacious double lot on the North End of Estero Island, only a 4 minute walk (.2 mile) to the beach.   The one-story house is designed for vacation relaxation -  a beautiful heated pool, gas BBQ, 'Chickee Hut' , flat screen TV with 3D Blu-Ray, internet connected DVD, and a separate playroom near the kitchen stocked with games and TV.

The master bedroom, with a queen size bed, looks into the pool area.  The guest bedroom and the extra bedroom are adjoining and  can be combined  as a mini-suite, making it convenient for families with small children. The extra bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle, which, when popped up, can be used as another twin bed, or attached to make one king size bed.   There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the other with a walk-in shower, both outfitted with grab bars. 

You can enter the house with a single step, or take the ramp through the service door. No steep steps to climb! 

 Outside,  the generous enclosed yard welcomes both  kids and pets, while the adults might enjoy relaxing in the tropical style chickie hut.  The BBQ is located behind the chickie hut, near the pool and is lighted for nightime grilling.  The chickie hut has a concrete floor and electric lighting and convenient electrical outlets - the perfect setting for a BBQ dinner or relaxing during the day.  
 
 You'll be so comfortable at Isle Del Sol, you  might not even want to wander – but if you do, leave the car in the shaded carport and stroll or bike  down toTimes Square and the fishing pier, take the boardwalk through  Matanzas  Pass Preserve, visit the beach or waterpark, check out the quirky shops ( or the tons of souvenir shops)  or have a meal at the many friendly, informal restaurants on the boulevard.  Award winning and hugely popular, The Beached Whale  is an easy walk from our front door.   Taxis and the trolley both stop at the top of our street, which makes getting anywhere on our tiny island, a breeze.
