This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 8 room villa is centrally located on the main boulevard between Atlanta and Decatur across the street from Deepdene Park. It was featured in the Druid Hills Tour of Homes in 2004.
Relax in the back yard patio and watch the fire flies at night with a view of a lovely English garden and gazebo.

The house has a stereo with sound speakers throughout the house and is wired for DSL internet access throughout the house as well as wireless internet access.

The mahogany lined library adjoins the master bedroom with walk in closet and adjoining master bathroom.

There are a total of four bedrooms that sleep 10 people with 2.5 bathrooms, sun room, living room, dining room, and gourmet kitchen with gas range and two stoves, refrigerator, and bar refrigerator. There is room for two cars parking in driveway and unlimited parking on the street.

Walk one mile to Decatur with restaurants, bars, and shopping. 3/4 of a mile to Oakhurst or the East Lake station of the MARTA train and ride to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL) (8 miles away) or ride directly to downtown Atlanta (5 miles away) with the CNN Center, Centennial Olympic Park, Aquarium (largest in the world), Convention Center, AmericasMart, and World of Coke.
Walk one mile to Candler Park with public pool and Golf Course, and one mile to Fernbank Museum of Natural Science, and half a mile to the Fernbank Planetarium and Fernbank Forest. Ride bicycles on the PATH bike trail that passes in front of the house. 18 hole championship Bobby Jones Golf Course is 3 miles away.

Buckhead is 8 miles away. Midtown Atlanta is 3 miles away with restaurants and bars and the High Museum of Art which is a must see. Intown neighborhoods are close by, including Virginia Highland (2 miles) and Little Five Points (2 miles) with the nationally designated historic neighborhood of Inman Park.
