Private 2500-square-foot, 3 bedroom,  3 bath, 3 story “Top End Townhome”.

The Top End Townhome sleeps 9, 10 if someone is ok with the couch, and 12 if others are ok with bringing an air mattress or two. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2), the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2), and the 3rd bedroom has a large bunk bed with two Full size mattresses and a twin trundle underneath (sleeps 5).

50” Plasma wall mounted HDTVs!! With Free HD HBO!

Deck/Patio: Large party deck! Quite literally the roof is a deck…like no other! Spiral stair case to roof deck. Incredible views of the casino skyline especially at night! Sunset/rise/moon views that are all inspiring. BBQ for grilling on the roof deck.

Interior Elevators!!! Access from private garage to first and second floors. Home is wheelchair accessible (except for the roof deck)

Beautiful Jacuzzi tub in Master bath.

Full Kitchen: All stainless steel (Frigidaire) appliances. Bright under cabinet and toe kick lighting! Granite countertops. Large Granite Island with three stools. Beautiful lighting. Garbage disposal.

Cooking Utensils Provided: Fully furnished with all the pots/pans and kitchen utensils a gourmet chef could ask for. Silverware/plates/glasses enough for a seating of nine.

MONTHLY RENTALS:
(4 weeks) 
$4800 Fall/Winter.

Refundable Security Deposit Required.
Weekend/Mid-Week $300, Weekly $400, Monthly $1000
The security deposit is 100% refundable as long as no damage is done to the property and/or noise conduct issues.

Pets (Yes we are Pet Friendly, we love our pets!)
$150 additional deposit per pet and an additional $25 for weekend and $75 for weekly pet fee.
