Our two bedroom beach front rentals have recently completed a lovely renovation with a Pottery Barn cottage style interior. They beautifully appointed with a new kitchen, granite countertops, new cabinetry, designer linens, and bedding.  Its nautical beach and sea theme blends beautifully with your outside surroundings.

Choose from either, The Kingfisher or The Sanderling, both sit on the beach front and only have slight differences.

Located on beautiful, scerene on the bayside beach of Mission Beach, these rentals are perfect for families, couples, who would like a bit more room, business travel, or the extended travel for the person wanting to escape the winters up north.

We provide personal service and always insure, that our rentals are impeccably clean and well maintained for your stay.

• Master Bedroom - Comfortable King bed with fresh cotton linens and a 1/2 bath
• Second Bedroom - Twin beds for the bit of space sometimes needed.  The twins also have fresh cotton linens for your comfort
• Sofa sleeper that would accommdate one extra person

We prepare the rentals with your comfort in mind and create a place where you can enjoy all the beach as to offer. We provide each bed with crisp, 100% cotton linens, our  bath towels a fluffy and the deliciously comfortable beds have 4 comfy pillow for that extra bit of comfort.   Beach towels and beach chairs are provided to ease your load and get you ready for your days in the sand.

Our two bedroom is very spacious and tastefully and brightly decorated to reflect the gorgeous San Diego climate.  This rental is perfect for couples, small families and gatherings.

The beds are deliciously comfortable and the bedrooms are furnished with a tasteful beach theme in mind to really help you feel that you are away from home on a true vacation.  

The sofa opens to accommodate an extra guest or two small children.

Your living room glass doors open out to the sand and sparkling bay.  The beach is at your feet and the sunrise is spectacular.   Sipping your morning coffee or tea and watching the stillness of the morning provide for the right start each day.   Small touches, just to make your stay a bit nicer such as first morning tea or coffee, kitchen supplies, beach towels and beach chairs are ready for you.

Weekly rates as follows:

• Third Sat in May - Third Sat in June - 1795.00 - 1895.00 Weekly from Sat To Sat only

• Third Sat in June - Labor Day- 2400.00 - 2600.00 Weekly Sat to Sat Only

• September 8 - September 29 - $1895.00 - $1695.00

• Oct - May $1495.00 - $1595.00 weekly rate

Monthy rates are as follows:

• October, November and December call for a quote (includes holiday weeks)
• January, February and first two week of March call for a quote

Call for nightly (4 night minimum) and holiday rates (5 night minimum)

*A 25% reservation deposit of the total amount which includes:

$375.00 refundable security damage deposit

$135.00 cleaning fee 

11.05% hotel tax is required to reserve
your reservation.

The balance of the final amount is due 90 days prior to your arrival date. (please inquire)
