Beachfront & Boardwalk in Newport Beach

Beachfront and Boardwalk. This place has it all! Two newly
remodeled units inside and out on the sand and boardwalk with new appliances, kitchen,
bathroom and furniture. Upper unit has a beach front large deck with BBQ, lower
unit has a beach front patio with BBQ, and fireplace in living room. Both
units have 2 bedrooms/1 bath with large living room. The master
bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom accomodates 3 people
and has a bunk with a full bed on the bottom/twin on top. The living
room has a queen futon that accomodates 2 people. Total accomodations - 7 people.  Linens and towels are provided. Each unit has ceramic tile floors and sliding glass
doors that open to the sparkling blue pacific, beautiful beaches of
Newport Beach and the historic Newport Pier.  There are many famous surfing spots very close by. 
Indulge yourself at the many world class restaurants or cook at home
on your BBQ. Entertainment, shops, fabulous shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza and the Fun Zone are right around
the corner where you can rent boats, take a day trip to Catalina,
charter a fishing Boat, book a whale watching tour or do some
shopping on Balboa Island. Enjoy "people watching" from your deck or
take a walk on the pier (just a few steps away), bicycle and skate
rental are also nearby.
Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are just 20 minutes away. Other
attractions include: Universal Studios Hollywood, Seaworld,
Legoland, Laguna Beach, and much, much, more. If you're into surfing,
swimming, or bodyboarding, look no further! Newport Beach is one of
the greatest surfing beaches in Southern California.
Just 15 minutes from Santa Ana/Orange County Airport(SNA) and 50

Cleaning fee $200, Tax 10%, Refundable deposit $350, $49 insurance

*July and August Weekly only Saturday to Saturday / Balance of year - 2 night minimum.
