The rental was designed by a renowned architect which shows in the great attention to detail and upgraded finishes. Wonderful vaulted ceilings make this vacation rental open and spacious.

This is Orca, our luxurious 2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bathroom rental with a wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors, a very large deck and panoramic views of the coastline. The kitchen is fully equipped and accented with stainless stain appliances, granite counters, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, glass cabinetry and upgraded hardware. The full bath has a Jacuzzi tub and marble counters. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a second bedroom which that has a double bed and a twin.  There is also a large sleeper sofa in the living room. 

Included with the rental is one car garage and parking for an extra car. In addition, the property is gated for extra privacy.

HD Flat Screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom, Blu-Ray and DVD, high speed wireless internet, and stereo system with an IPod connection.

Fully equipped with a barbecue, gas range, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, linens and essentials for cooking & dining.   

The property has a washer & dryer on site for your convenience.

Located at Malibu's famous Surfing spot! Swimming, surfing, wake boarding, boogie boarding, diving, fishing, snorkeling, water skiing, boating, sailing, windsurfing,  Kite surfing, jet skiing, biking, wildlife viewing, hiking, rock climbing, horseback riding, golf, tennis.  Across from Malibu fitness Center/Gym, Health/Beauty Spa, access to private trainer, pilates, yoga classes and relaxing.
