Welcome to your new home away from home in sunny California! Our newly completely remodeled 3-bedroom condo is the closest location to Disneyland, California Adventure & Downtown Disney. It is right across the street from them! It will take 10 minutes to walk from the door to the Disneyland or California Adventure or you can take FREE Disneyland Tram by walking 5 minutes to the tram pick up location.  We will provide you with the map and directions. The Anaheim convention center is within a 20-minute walk, or 3 minutes by car. Incredible sunny beaches are within a 20-30 minute drive; Los Angeles with all its attractions such as Universal Studious is about 45 minutes away. It is only 25 minutes to Knott’s Berry Farm, Wax Museum, Medieval Times, Wild Bills Extravaganza, Los Alamitos Race Track, Just 45 minutes to LAX Airport, Hollywood and Beverly Hills. 90 minutes to San Diego, Sea World, and Legoland. Ninety minutes to Big Bear Mountain. For the island enthusiast, the Catalina Island Express leaves daily from San Pedro Harbor (25 minutes away) where one can enjoy the day in Avalon. 

Our warm, inviting 3-bdrm/2 bath two story home is located in a quiet, safe, family-friendly community. The complex has 3 pools, (including a kid’s pool), Jacuzzi, a beautiful clubhouse and a playground for the little ones.

We put a lot of work and love in this home. The condo is completely remodeled and has a lot of designer and artistic touches such as original drawings and exclusive designer high-end furnishing and light fixtures. Our brand new gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite countertops. It is stocked with stainless steel appliances such as double doors fridge with icemaker, state of the art gas stove and dishwasher. Private patio has gas BBQ grill. Besides, we have a washer & dryer inside the unit, brand new wood laminate & tile floors throughout, all new electrical.

We have thought of every detail to make your stay a memorable one.  At mealtime, you will find every amenity necessary for a completely home cooked meal that you can serve at a dining table that accommodates 10, snack at the granite bar table or stroll across the street to Downtown Disneyland! Many excellent restaurants and entertainment options are nearby as well. In the evening you can enjoy the incredible Disneyland fireworks right from your window!

Wait, we didn’t mention our gorgeous bathrooms. Master suite bathroom with bath/shower combination has a luxurious spa feel and attached to the custom walk-in closet with gigantic mirror and leather chairs. Second powder room downstairs has red designer vessel sink and mosaic tiles. All our bedrooms have gorgeous designer furnishings. We have a canopy KING sized bed in the master with a comfy mattress, a twin over full bunk bed and pull out twin bed underneath it in the kids room, a queen size bed in a teen room and comfy couch in the living room.

Lets talk about kids! This condo is stocked with everything that they may desire. Start from the toys, books, TV and DVD player in their own bedroom with hand painted “Nemo” mural and end up in their own landscaped patio with cute patio furniture, easel and more. Do your kids love pool as mine? Then take beach towels, toys and go enjoy your free of stress day! Do you need a stroller? We have it too!

We didn’t forget about you, parents! We have flat screen TVs with cable access and DVD players. We also provide a wide collection of movies for the whole family. We have a desk where you can set up your laptop and use wireless Internet. You will find complementary gourmet coffee and tea for your enjoyment.

Two parking spots are also reserved for your convenience and is located about 15 feet from your front door making unloading and loading much easier. Rates include all taxes and utilities.

A $400 refundable security deposit will be required to confirm any reservation. 
We accept payments via check, money order, VISA or MasterCard. A 3.5% transaction fee will be added for any payments via credit cards and pay pal.

A 3 night minimum stay is required, unless noted otherwise.
